One of the first tests for a new networked multi-screen library similar to Shiffle's MostPixelsEver project. I've decided to use UDP instead of TCP and only request for clients to send a heartbeat every x seconds to confirm they're still there. Once the desired number of clients have connected initially, the server will not care if clients drop out again and will continue to send frame update events until all registered clients have disconnected. That way the animation continues for all other clients and clients which dropped out temporarily can be coded in a way that they can catch up with the rest upon re-connecting...
