    Great intro to the subject !!!! I had one quick question !!
    this means one can 'path' it's way through too plug-in parameters ? I just cant seem the the correct path to do this ?

    You would have to set a path to the Device and then use the live.remote object. I am just about to create a tutorial on live.remote on max4live.info. Look for it this weekend.
