Anders Plyhm, creative director of agency FARFAR, Great Britain. Interview by Gatis Rozenfelds.

Founding and working at Farfar was a life changing experience. When I still was at the agency we achieved our goal: becoming one of the worlds best agencies. In the 2007 Peter Gunn report we scored first place and in 2008 second place - most awarded digital agency in the world.

With more than 15 years in the advertising business, I have learned a lot about marketing and communication. How to be true to the brand. How to reach through the clutter...

As a founder of Farfar it was natural for me to become a team leader. As the company grew bigger, the teams grew bigger. At Agency Republic I managed teams of 10-15 people including freelancers. At SapientNitro I was building up a creative department and I lead the Unilever Wall's account.

From time to time I do talks at events like MAD in Spain and lead workshops with our clients. In my spare time I like to hang out with my wife and my kids, play guitar and have a cold beer once in a while.

And finally. I am in love with almost all things unexpected and new. The ideas that don't fit inside an advertising award category. The new forms of communication.

Here is a list of some awards that I have
contributed to in one way or the other:

Cannes Lions
(2 Grand Prix, 2 Gold, 2 silver, 6 Bronze, 12 Shortlists)

Clio Awards
