I definitely could see it working after the structure step. I was talking with Ward Andrews once about that. He likes to figure out web site structures and then put the visual design on top of it, since the most important thing is how the site works, not the "skin" of it. Everyone agrees on the structure first so they don't have to solve that later, and he says he has good luck with avoiding giant wrenches thrown in because the last piece of the puzzle isn't the way the thing works.

Hey Amy, excellent video. Since mood boards come from fashion and decoration sometimes is hard to explain to clients and colleagues how they can be used in the interactive industry. It would be awesome to see some before / after results. That would be great to see how a quick done mood board ended up in a great interface design developed in a very efficient way from the design perspective.
