Team Cartu Drifting took part in Round 3 of the Monster Energy King of Europe Drift ProSeries in May, in the city of Castelloli in Spain. Team Driver, Adam Frank, who is also one of the leading instructor of MyWay Drift School and a veteran of the King of Europe Series brought the mighty 2JZ powered E46 to Castelloli race track, where it was going to raise a lot of smoke for the weekend.
After breaking a driveshaft during his first round of qualifying, Adam got help from Vitor Mota and Igor Ochotnicky , who both lent him their cars, so he can try and make it to Top32. In the end, he qualified on 31st, but he had to work throughout saturday night to fix the car, so that it would be able to run in the battles.
Facing clutch and transmission issues along sunday, Adam still managed to get up to 4th place overall, which now puts him in 2nd in the King of Europe ProSeries rankings.
Team Cartu Drifting will be doing a full season in King of Europe this year, aiming for the Title of European Champions, while developing the car to such an extent as never before seen in Europe.
