Bishop Usgaard's Invitation to Conversation

Following the 2009 Churchwide Assembly's actions to adopt the four resolutions based on the ELCA Church Council's "Report and Recommendation on Ministry Policies," there have been many questions about the future of the ELCA. In this video message, Bishop Usgaard shares some thoughts and poses some questions for discussion by the members and congregations of the Southeastern Minnesota Synod.
