very strong message! seeems that microsoft does offer a quality service for children - bravo. and good on this woman to manage her life! when i worked in england women left the workforce when they had children, and it is still almost as expensive as their salary to take care of children while they work. i appalud those who are breaking the outdated mold, even if the solutions are not yet perfect.
