Rough Cut for next DVD
The next DVD I'm producing is very simple.
If you carved out 5 minutes pre-run and 10 minutes post-run, what would you do? Well, I'll help you with that. We'll break it down into easy days and hard days and every 2-3 weeks there will be "the next logical step" in your progression of pre-run and post-run work.
My question is this. Do the runners in the background ruin the video? I really want to shoot at the track with the mountains in the background, yet we will never get 5 minutes of "uncut" footage that doesn't have at least three runners in the background. Note: This is rough cut - the audio will be a voice over and we'll have text/graphics describing both exercises and reps.
Thanks in advance for your comments! You can email me, reply via twitter or facebook or comment here.
