In mid-September, a minor commuter rail collision took place in South Station. However, this wasn't the first MBTA crash this year -- one collision happened in May and injured almost fifty people. Should the MBTA be making a greater effort to prevent these mistakes from happening? I produced this package for BU 10 News @ Noon. I filmed, wrote and edited the piece all in one day.
