I have ridden many horses on my journey-professionally as art teacher, museum educator, administrator, public programmer, curator, exhibit designer & developer, water quality advocate, and personally, as a single mom/’maker of things’ , blessed with three sons.

My checkerboard, professional hopscotch supported what was dearest to me and sometimes enabled me to create work ‘separate from work.’ So many media were tried between meals on the kitchen table and with access to tools in Graduate School.

The practical morphing of interests and skills taught me that 'reinvention' is possible without loosing the core of what you feel and are looking for.

So here I am sustaining my love of the visual and verbal as I tell stories to inform, and create images to provoke and evoke.
