Paul Bay of citizenbay caught up with Steve Booth (until recently, CEO of Arena UK) at the Festival of Media earlier this year. When asked for the one thing that he would add to a Manifesto for Change in this industry, he was clear: Media Agencies need to get a little self-respect with regards the value that they offer their clients, and the fees they charge. A fresh payment model is needed, according to Steve, one that is tied to the client's business results rather than billings.
