If you actually printed those as posters, I would totally buy them!

Love typefaces..... they can make a big impression.
IE: if you print a simple word; 'Hello'
It makes a whole LOT of difference as what type face you pick to "express" -- what that word means.

    Try it.
You'll see how a type face can convey different meanings and/or feelings.
    That's why I love typefaces :)
It can be sooo 'expressive'.... and beautiful.

Just a little correction here, this wasn't created by Ellen Lupton & Co, it was created by myself and Ryan Uhrich for the Term 4 Motion Design class at Vancouver Film School. We do quote Ellen Lupton and Jeffrey Keedy on the piece though.
Here are other links to the project:

    Hello,

first of all congratulations for your video, really nice!!

i wanted to ask you if you could help me. i am in my final year of Graphic Design and i am doing my final major project on Kinetic Typography, due to there are not too many studies about it, as you know. I have prepared an interview about this area of Motion Graphics, and seen your work i am really interested about your points of view and about how you see the development of this type in motion.

The interview wont take you long, and i would do it via email. so please if you can dedicate some of your time let me know in

    ursula.morollon@gmail.com

and i will send you the questions.

thank you!!! and i hope i hear about you soon!

I use to trace typographic characters by hand with a grant-enlarger for our client visuals. Loved your movie, thanks for sharing.
