"The inaugural Let's All Be Free Film Festival took place in central London from 5th-7th April 2013. Filmmakers, film-lovers, human rights professionals, press and those simply interested in the discussion joined us at the Brunei Gallery in Russell Square, to watch films from all over the world that explored what it means to be free.

Here you can watch the opening speech by festival founder and artistic director, Tariq Nasir, speaking about how he came up with the idea for the Let's All Be Free project, what it's all about, and what 'being free' means to him personally.
