How to connect the harness to the kBox, place yourself on the kBox and adjust the cord before starting the exercise.
-Turn the rings in the harness inwards so the harness get the bend side against the thigh and pelvis.
-Connect and rest behind the kBox so you have a slack on the cord, it is much more comfortable.
-Step up on the kBox, adjust to the desired length of cord i.e the top position.
-Start exercise by retracting a couple of inches of cord by spinning the flywheel in any direction.
