SYNOPSIS
A reclusive older man agrees to help a young woman with no recollection of her identity or past find her way home, but soon discovers she is no ordinary girl.

PRODUCTION NOTES
HOME is a Chapman University thesis film directed by Jason Pangilinan. Inspired by the works of L. Frank Baum, HOME was developed as a pitch project for a feature-film. It was filmed on a RED ONE and shot on location in Ojai, CA.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Jason studied film production at Chapman University and graduated with an MFA in Directing in 2013. During his graduate studies Jason's other short film, MILK AND COOKIES, screened at the legendary Grauman’s Chinese Theatre for the 2012 HollyShorts Film Festival and was an official selection at the renowned Palm Springs International Short Fest in 2013. Prior to Chapman Jason was a 2010 winner at the StoryPros International screenplay competition and a finalist in several others including The Writers Place, Gimme Credit, and Write Movies International.
