The original poem is from Hugo Claus, called 'een Vrouw'

De hese nacht en de wagen
Van de tijd die de nacht inrijdt
En ratelt.

Uw haar, het meeuwennest.
Uw meerschuimheuvels waarin
Getand de vrucht die splijt.

De hagedissen, de stenen spechten
Wiegen in het lover,
In het woedend lover

Hoor op de weg de hoeven van

Het paard Begeerte vluchten.

Hoor in de weilanden de korhaan, de hazenschreeuw,
De klappertandende liefde.

English translation:

The husky night and the wagon
Of the time that drives into the night
And rattles.

Your hair, your gulls nest
Your meerschaum hills in which
Notched the fruit that splits.

The lizards, the stone woodpeckers
Lull in the foliage,
In the furious foliage

Hear on the road the hooves of
The horse Desire flee.
Hear in the meadows the black grouse, the harecry,
The shivering love.
