WHAT IT'S ABOUT

"Time's Up" is a 15-minute long comic thriller about Arthur Tessler, a psychiatrist who's not the world's most ethical person. He tries to prescribe the same designer drug, called Paradiso, to every one of his patients, with the goal of lining his own pockets. Things take a turn for the worse for the doctor, however, when he finds out one of Paradiso's side effects is homicidal tendencies ...
