He's in the habit of playing unique gigs. Last Sunday I awoke in the Hollywood Forever Cemetery at 6am to hear him play. We all just sat around on our blankets and listened to him.

I remember when I was a kid and I stole The Rise And Fall of Ziggy Stardust from my older sister. I freaked out, dancing on my mattress, playing air-guitar and singing along. I was lost in the magic of music. I've been writing and performing music now for some seven years or less, and it's no stretch to say that I've really become jaded and faded out. It happens.

But this performance just made me fall in love all over again. I was right back there, standing on the mattress, eight years old. I got lost in the magic again.
