1. Reach both arms to the ceiling as if trying to touch with finger tips.
2. At the end of reach move arms back to extend the upper spine.
3. Hold corrected position for 2 seconds and release
*If pain in the neck, back, and/or shoulders revert back to Posture Correction without arm movement.
*May also be used for active shoulder motion or scapula upward rotation.
*Do not attempt to sustain posture corrected position
