The sad story of western imperialism. The ending is the most poignant; Us first-world parasites can't be arsed by the rape of the third world, we can just change the channel.

Wow your work really paid off, Nick. What program(s) did you use on this animation. My friend and I have been arguing about our different speculations as to what software you used to animate this in and I think you used a combination of Photoshop, Illustrator, , Aftereffects, Premier, Flash and or ToonBoom. I think you probably did some traditional painting...but I couldn't tell.

In anycase this is well done. I can't wait to see more.

It's the history of human governments in a nutshell! The ending is just mindblowing. I love your style, and as said before, it's very consistent throughout the story. I love EVERYTHING about it. I'm just wondering, what program did you use to animate? It looks like toomboom to me. And also how long did it take to make it? Once again, congratulations!

It has the warm feeling of the old good cartoons but contains the sad reality of the world...Loved the part when two of the baker town people with burned bodies tried to scape, that resembles the child subject of a Pulitzer Prize winning photograph taken during the Vietnam War (Phan Thị Kim Phúc) Excellent work!

It really intrigues me to how you portray imperialism without being overly anti-americanistic, rather showing the underlying truth of exploitation. really great work.
