I spoke at the Ocado supplier conference in June about launching the method brand in the UK, and how Ocado enables challenger brand thinking by breaking the rules of traditional retail. I talk about several of the key strategies method used to grow over 400% at Ocado in two years. It's a useful case study whether you're David against Goliath or David within Goliath. And, of course, I used a lot of cartoons.
