John Dowland's lute song was an instant hit--it's a great tune! Played on the archlute by David Tayler. From the Voices of Music concert 2007.

very sweet version, I love it.
Can you tell me the source ? (I know the "Poulton" 23, 23a and 90 and it seems to be another one...) (probably with your own variations I guess)
Regards,
Val
Thank you very much for posting all your videos -- every one of them is superb. It's getting me through some intense work over the past few months and I'm looking forward to purchasing your music on CD.
Are there plans to put the violin pieces on CD/DVD as well? The videos you have are so enjoyable to watch (I tend to watch nearly all of them every few days).
Lastly, I'd love to hear your rendition of Vivaldi's Concerto for Lute RV 93 (Largo) -- I have a memory of a sweetly paced version of this I heard as a child which I have yet to hear again. I imagine your rendition on the archlute would be amazing.
Cheers!
