A performance delay/sampling system I built using Max/MSP + Jitter, Osculator and NoCarrier's GlitchNES (Running in Nestopia). Input is a recording of me playing prepared piano. The sampler randomises recording and playback position into several, short buffers based on the output from [bonk~] (which, ostensibly, detects attacks — in reality (and thankfully) it is less reliable than that). Buffers are panned and their volumes scaled based on the the output of GlitchNES, which is also triggered by [bonk~] — using a virtual joystick in Osculator.
