Rae GUI Library first demo
This is a short demo of my recent coding project. It's called Rae, and it's supposed to be a general purpose GUI (graphical user interface) library. It does not work yet, and you can't use it for anything just yet. It's released under the X11/MIT licence and it is written in the D programming language. The source code can be found from the repository at the project page: dsource.org/projects/rae
Currently I don't have enough money to work on this more than a couple of days per month. If you join the project, compile the source, fix it, enhance it, it will be finished much faster. So, do that, join the project!

Joona Petrell 2 years agoGreat stuff, unbelievable how much a dedicated person working alone can achieve with a hobby project on his free time: dialogs, menus, lists written with D programming language, visual primitives drawn as 2D vector graphics, freely transformable visuals trough OpenGL drawing backend, unicode support, HD video playback, etc. :)
