This piece shows one of four contestants taking part in NTD's, "Fire Up The Wok" Challenge in Times Square. Fire Up The Wok places 4 Western Chefs on the hot seat attempting to reproduce a traditional Chinese classic dish. They were then judged by Qu Yunqiang, a professional Siquan chef and Chief judge of NTD's "International Chinese Culinary Competition," as well as Susie Fogelson from the Food Network, and chef David Burke.
