Seeing a wallpaper of a Don Draper quote this week got me to thinking about agencies I worked at early in my career that only put value in the execution of an idea, not the formulation and finesse of the idea in its early stages.
Sometimes you really do need to be unproductive to be productive. Not everyone realizes that.
