We invite you to discover the film of the first fragrance by Repetto. The first Repetto fragrance is an invitation to come up to the stage, go behind the curtain and discover the most intimate of a woman’s costumes: her perfume.
“In the refined setting of the Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris, Dorothée Gilbert begins her day. She awakens, prepares for the day and enjoys the moments of silence in the early morning before leaving for her rehearsals, then dancing on stage.
The film reveals the behind-the-scenes life of one of today’s greatest dancers and the woman who vibrates inside her.
Each instance of Dorothée Glibert’s life is tied to dance. Flash-backs in black and white evoke the parallels between her life as a woman and as a dancer, and the separation between them becomes increasingly tenuous as the day passes and the film moves forward.
“My daily life nourishes my dancing, and dancing nourishes my daily life,” she explains.
