Video: This video is a tool demonstration for my final project 'Liquid Chaos'. It was developed to explore the bridge between fractals and cosmic phenomena, and uses particle volumes to recreate an effect from Star Trek I, as well as scifi-like space clouds (or nebulae). The tool has quite alot of depth, so apologies for the fast text.
My name's Dan, I'm a graduate from Swansea Met. University this year and I love everything VFX and Science.
I consider myself to be a VFX generalist, I love coding and modelling, and I'd like to work as an VFX TD within feature film. I volunteer to help out with plays as part of the stage crew for a group called ChaosMAD, and I find working in a team with creative and passionate people is great and very rewarding. Given the opportunity, I'd love to work with a good team of dedicated people in VFX.
