Jen has been shaking and shimmying since she was 4 years old. Her love for dance spilled over into a love for fitness in college where she began lifting weights and exploring different methods of fitness. It was in college that she became Group Fitness Certified and began teaching group fitness classes like Hip-Hop Cardio, Step, Kickboxing, Dance Aerobics, and others when she was 19 years old.
Since then, she has continually taught group fitness classes, graduated from BYU with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, Fitness and Wellness; became Zumba certified; and holds a Pre/Post Natal Fitness Specialization Certification. Her expertise and clientele has revolved around women and mothers, helping them achieve their health and fitness goals while balancing their busy lives!
Jen's philosophy on working out is that it should be first and foremost FUN and enjoyable! Involving dance and music in all her routines gives her workouts a fun, upbeat twist that will get you sweating while you party along with her.
