    Thanks.

I'm not sure what the first instrumental is called. I found it online after a long search.

Beautiful! How do you do your white balancing? In camera or graded post production
  • Joe Simon Films plus 2 months ago
My WB in camera is accurate for what I see with my eyes. I then in post color grade everything to the mood and direction of the edit.

    hi, guru..!

just wanna check wit you on 5D markII, if you have problem of flickering images when the speed is brought down to 50percent or lower.

what will be your work station flow..? Fr CF cards download MOV to Mac? converts to what format will give optimal results..?

thanks so much. your guidance and information will really help.

    best regards,
    Greg

The flicker depends on the country you are in and the frequency of the lighting. Every venue is different and each place has it sweet spot as far as shutter-speed goes. I can normally use any shutter speed here in the US.

But in the past I've been in other countries where in tungsten light I had to be at 50 or 100 only or I would get a flicker.

I convert using compressor in FCP to PRORES LT.

    Good luck!

    Hi Joe..

thanks a lot for your reply! Yes, i think you are absolutely right about the flickering that has something to do with the frequecy. I m using the speed at 50 during indoor shoots.

thanks a lot again for sharing!
