NYC NoSQL Fall '09: Bryan Fink from Basho Technologies demonstrates the riak web-shaped data storage engine

As part of our NYC NoSQL Fall '09 mini-conference, Bryan Fink of Basho Technologies was nice enough to give a short presentation of his company's riak product.

This is shaped by the Amazon Dynamo document, and provides a decentralized key-value store with map/reduce and HTTP/JSON queries making it ideal for web apps.

And of course, no SQL.
