They want more money? Ridiculous to even suggest of raising your buffing budget in economic downturn. To actually use stimulus money to do this makes it even worse. Its like these idiots haven't realized their buffing one of the most polluted, hidden eyesores in LA. The only thing their stimulating is the anti-graffiti enthusiasts vagina's.

Obviously a show to buy out strong anti-graffiti voters. If LA's voters cant tell their tax moneys washing down the river over some bureaucratic nonsense, then god help LA.

the mta tag can be compared to the pyramids back in the day. created out of love for the act of creation by a group of very dedicated and hard working individuals. however the pyramids are still around today, unfortunately we have the law who views graffiti as an eyesore but in the end is a much more peaceful act than joining the military and learning how to kill. i hate to say it but this was a waste of money and they are comitting the same act as the artists themselves, but they have bigger guns that shoot out more paint. lame as fuck. get a clue, graffiti enlivens cities and give kids creative outlets.

this is a complete waste of money and government agencies to make politicians feel like they are really doing something...what kind of society worries more about building more prisons than schools? The LA riverbed will be covered by graffiti next week after they finish buffing this and California is going bankrupt...
