5D and 7D: Rolling shutter comparison
Comparison of the 5D and 7D rolling shutter in 30p, 24p and 60p modes. Scan rate of the 30p and 24p modes appear to be the same as the 5D (25ms), while 60p appears to be faster (12.5ms?).

Many many people are testing jello effect, doing many videos to see, in many case imperceptible jello and they miss the most important thing. enjoy their 7D (or 5DII)...
I guess that's like the similar shutter issues that film can have.
There is less "rolling" on 7D but in a small HD mode... (60p). It's undertandable: less pixels to record...
I like all the mods your doing with your camera, I like to see the 5d Mark II pushed to its limits

But features and high end commercials are still shot on the RED and on Canon DSLRs... just gotta be aware of the limitations, which are far less than the image quality and budgetary gains of shooting on a 1D, 5D, or 7D...
