    when you reverse the 2nd track - doesn't that just flip the audio and the reverb just reacts to the flipped audio? I thought the idea was to actually flip the reverb so it comes in tail first and builds up...

    If you flip the reverberated clip, you end up with the loop backwards. In this video, you simple see the release of a reverb become the attack instead.

    That being said, nobody is stopping you from throwing in a few delays and maybe a redux. Its a trick but its definitely not a textbook method.

    great trick.. just one note.. you dont need to use arangement view to shift the reverbed track, just shift the "loop start" flag

    Thanks for the tip. I didn't know about the Freeze and Drag/Drop possibilities with midi clips so that alone will come in handy.
