On July 10, 2013, the Rio Grande Foundation hosted the heads of free market think tanks in Michigan and Oklahoma to discuss Right to Work and the concept of "Competitive Federalism" at a function in Albuquerque. Oklahoma adopted such a law in 2001 and Michigan became the 24th state to adopt such a law in 2012.
