Just got the new Canon 7D and had to go try it out!

We used the Canon 7D w/ 28-135mm lens, 3ft. IndiSlider, Glidecam 4000 HD, Glidecam Camcrane, and Manfrotto fluid head. Music by Owl City.

Overall, extremely pleased with the camera. It did everything we expected and more. Enjoy!

Wow, great tests, Jonathan. Thanks for showing us treated vs. original footage, plus glidecam motion! I've wondered what the footage could look like with some treatment. Did you use Magic Bullet or just gamma, blacks, whites, saturation, etc.?

Nice steadycam test. But the color correction looked a little too blown out in the white areas. Plus, there was too much green involved in areas that were supposed to be white. The non-treated segments looked better.

Great! I'm now debating if I should get rid of the 5D2...
