This year we looked for coffee that would satisfy our need for a sweet and good bodied espresso, while also finding a mill who was processing alternatively and also forward thinking. We decided to buy directly from a producer we bought coffee from last year JASAL.
JASAL is a family owned mill in the Santa Ana region that has been growing coffee for over 100 years. The coffee from Las Nubes and Las Ranas is sweet and well dried as to not allow for too fruity of a taste associate with honey processed and natural coffees that are dried too fast/hot.
We are using this coffee mostly for our espresso drinks this year!
