1. Climate Chains
An epic debate is underway in our country. Proposed climate legislation would have a far-reaching impact on our standard of living and give government a portal into every aspect of our lives. The affordable, dependable and abundant energy upon which any great civilization is built is about to be rationed.

In the current atmosphere of national and global panic, facts and the possibility of disastrous outcomes get overlooked in the irrational rush to pass climate legislation. Climate Chains is our effort to petition a reasoned and rational approach to the climate change policy debate.

Extremely well done. Emphasizes the evidence, not just bald claims.

"upon which any great civilization is build" should be built, not build.

"must be made with the most sober of consideration." should probably be considerations, not consideration.

"your standard of living and give government a portal into every aspect of our lives" should be either our for both or your for both.

"that to often gets lost" too, not to.

Would be nice if we could download it. Need to show it to an audience not connect to the internet.

Very well done. And good companion to this one youtube.com/watch?v=stij8sUybx0

It is unfortunate the owner of this video does not allow this video to be added to other collections. This leads one to wonder what the true motive must be!

this is propaganda. follow the trail.
while a there is a lot to be said about green washing etc and all the 'business' that goes with saving the planet... it has to be said the denial campaigns. like this only come across as
    ignorant and smug.

there are so many things wrong with this film.

Like what specifically? I'm sure you've heard of the recent hacked emails at the University of East Anglia? The truth is slowly coming out. Hopefully before our politicians sign our freedom away to this, only recently, obvious scam.

Check out the story, "Hacked E-Mail Is New Fodder for Climate Dispute" on probably your favorite news website, nytimes.com. Even liberals can't deny this one.

on another note. there has been medicine for hiv, cancer, hepatitis and all retroviral diseases for years. but governments supress peopple who invented or found out the medicine. my relatives and a late Latvian scientist discovered such combination (of natural ingredients) and we`ve been helping people recover from the lethal diseases for years. But also since 2004 we`re fighting against latvian government since they present us as scammers (i dont know if its the right word in english). and its not just us, its also on webpages in america, china, ukraine and probably elsewhere - governments just take away the chance to distribute medicine like that, since all chemical therapies and x-ray industries against cancer would just fall out of business. there could be millions of lives saved, but governments dont want that. all those "lethal diseases" like SARS and others that are shown on TV are just FALSE. when a disease like that comes up, there is always some company that government presents as a medicine distributor to cease the disease. its always a lie.
our "medicine" was presented at sagra4u.com , but since 2004 we cannot sell anything as long the court is not over.

as for this video, another example: lately the government of Latvia (or European Union) started to regulate that gas stations HAVE to add 5% of oil from herbs, talking about "cleaner world". all i see is worse gas for consumer car engines, more money to the distributors. thats a fact.

My favorite part is at the end when Ann McElhinney, the producer of "Not Evil, Just wrong", says "...the greatest friend to the poor is big business who will go in and treat people with dignity...". That's just hilarious. We know how big business is more interested in helping out third world countries by providing the indigenous people with a "living wage", rather then with making ridiculous amounts of money, right? Really?!

Our energy is neither abundant, dependable or affordable. If big businesses were the friends of impoverished nations, surely we would have moved forward in the fight against starvation and inequality. The economy would in no way crumble from greener legislation. It all depends what the government decides to subsidize...oil, gas, war? 900 billion to date for the war? Could this not be put into research for a more sustainable society? WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE?? This makes me sick.
