Some time ago our team identified the need for a resource that would be able to identify and organize publishers requests and prioritize them in a way that our Product and Operations Teams could process, and ultimately deliver on. After searching the universe far and wide, we found Mario Chan to fill that role. Mario’s been part of the ePN Team since late last year, but we’re just now getting him on camera for the first time.

“As a Technical Account Manager I work closely with Product ensuring our customer experience is very satisfactory,” says Chan. “I take customer feedback – bugs, feature improvements and requests – and ensure that they get built out in a timely manner.”
