Pedro, have a look again :-) The pricing is not lowered at all, it's just that we've created base pricing to match website integration to our accounting package. The base package requires additions (in the catalog drop-down boxes) to complete the system ... which brings the total cost actually a bit higher than you had paid previously. It's similar to what you'd see ordering a Dell computer. This was done to ensure that when we integrated the ecommerce website data into our accouting/inventory software, they would get along. With the US dollar rapidly falling in strength (and Cinevate being a Canadian company), we will be forced at some point soon to increase prices further.

The end goal of that project is to keep pricing as low as possible by evaluating costs accurately. We now can also predict demand for products well in advance to ensure that our machine shop has adequate lead time on manufacturing and that every part/nut/bolt is always in stock. This in turn goes towards our efforts in next-day order fulfillment. Sorry for the long explanation, but your question deserved a complete reply.
