Wow!! What a way to sell an idea!! Great work all around, really impressive, would love to see this expanded - wanted to see more!! I certainly hope that no 1968 firebird 400's were actually harmed in the making of this film - I have a soft spot for them, having some great youthful memories with them in my life. Kudos all around, looking forward to seeing much more of your work.

    Cheers from Toronto, Canada.

As in the father's motivation? My guess would be the "Robin Hood" line sums up his motivation. I did wonder why he jumped out of the car with a gun instead of getting his daughter out of there but I guess it was his first instinct.

Excellent use of foreshadowing and tension building, although it was difficult to believe that the girl would have gone back for the bobble head when a man with a shot gun is chasing her down. This is a great short therefore I will suspend my disbelief.

While feature films have many months of pre-production to fill tiny holes and gaps in the story line,(girl going back for bobble dog, etc.)

I have to say awesome job!!

Great shot selection, editing, really liked the J and L cuts that so many indie film makers forget to employ, and no overly long dissolves.
One of the best I've seen on Vimeo period.
