For me giant burger isn't as disturbing as dancing naked man eating french friers in the short:-)
Mostly for grading I use Lustre and sometimes Baselight with a little sprinkling of Scratch here and there, when I work with Red material. Overall, I would say, Baselight is my favorite...
BTW, you're probably pleased, that Canon finally is going to release 24P/25P firmware upgrade for 5D. No more 30P shoots for you:)

I'd say "it would be awesome to see before and afters", but it's RED you already know how it is before, extremely flat :P.

Actually, no. Red RAW images are just fine and not flat at all. Just need to use the proper gamma curve, with properly calibrated monitor. What you're probably thinking is the RAW RED images with LOG gamma applied:-) I will post one shot of before and after from my demo reel later today. In general, I find this not being very informative, as it is for someone in VFX business...
