ISBA's latest I&N event took place in the beautiful surroundings of Mindshare's London office! Views from the sun soaked terrasse were not the only highlight of the event, as over 60 marketers were present to hear highly valuable insights from shopper marketing experts SMP. Simon Mahoney, Chairman of the award winning agency was on hand to introduce the shopper and present key insights into how to overcome and avoid barriers to purchase. Will Orr, Commercial Director for British Gas was also present, and discussed how the company uses data, technology and people as part of its brand strategy.
