The Archbishop Dorian A. Baxter speaks in front of the legislature buildings at Queen's Park about how children's aid agencies need to be held accountable to the citizens of Ontario.

Archbishop Baxter also describes some of the details of his own case where the Durham Childrens' Aid Society workers were caught lying in court and attempting to blackmail him.

The abuse of children and families in both Canada and the USA has become a major problem as many of these child protection agencies generate significant government monies from creating work for themselves.
