The first version of the Universal State Data Profile (USDP) defined those SIF 2.4 data elements that are routinely utilized within state departments of education. With more than ten states collaborating, the USDP has served as an important roadmap for those writing software that will support LEA and SEA needs. The profile is another tool allowing for the local management of data.
