KentuckianaWorks workforce investment board director, Michael Gritton, sits with the ResCare Workforce Services Network to share how the city of Louisville is finding success in a concerted effort to reduce youth unemployment.

Nationally, young people ages 16-24 are one of the most chronically unemployed demographics. However, leaders in Louisville have found growing success in preparing young people for summer jobs that are ultimately expected to put them on a pathway to long-term gainful employment.
