In the summers, I work at a remote sport fishing lodge in northern British Columbia. Last summer we had a freak thunderstorm that lasted all day. Every hour, a couple of us would zip out on a boat to check on the cloud formations. This was the last time I went out.

    Yeah, it was definately not a good place to be... considering the rock the lightning hit was only slightly higher than our boat.
