A short film Directed by Manny Marquez while at the Art Center College of Design. Highly influenced by the illustrations of Edward Gorey, Manny and the crew set out to make a life size children's book, of the morbid nature of course. The film is about a woman that creates a cardboard replica of her husband after he dies in a workplace accident. She tries to convince her son that the cardboard cut out is his real father. Featured on the PBS series FINE CUT, and also one of only 5 films that premiered at the USC Crossroads Film Festival in 2003.
