    can you do it in fcp? I have after effects but I cant find a tutorial on that effect

    You may be able to in FCP, but I feel like they may make it more difficult than necessary. Look on Creative Cow, they may have a tutorial on it.

    Only on certain shots, most of it is just raw footage
