"In partnership with 6Music, BBC Electric Proms commissioned a New Music Short in 2009, by rising director Ninian Doff. Filmmakers were asked to submit creative ideas for short films inspired by new track 'On Dancefloors' by Metronomy. Selected from over 225 entries, Ninian worked with producers at Colonel Blimp and received a production budget of just £5,000 to make his film. "
